ACS GRC CONCRETE PAINT (POTASSIUM SOL-SILICATE BASED) A decorative, industrial, and high-protection paint formulated through a precise blend of water glass (potassium silicate), inorganic color pigments, and mineral-based fillers. It is designed for application on mineral surfaces such as concrete and precast, where it both penetrates the substrate and engages in a chemical reaction to integrate with the surface.
Areas of Application
Interior and exterior spaces, for horizontal, vertical, and ceiling applications.
On exposed (raw) concrete surfaces.
On all plastered and mineral-based surfaces.
To increase the exterior durability of precast concrete structures without altering their natural surface texture.
Specifically developed to homogenize the color and enrich the decorative appearance of precast concrete structures.
Eco-friendly, potassium silicate-based formula.
High UV resistance.
Provides a homogeneous and monolithic appearance on precast and concrete surfaces with color fluctuations (moiré effect).
Eliminates stains and color-tone differences on precast and exposed concrete surfaces.
Ensures equalization of visual imperfections in original concrete.
Maintains the original concrete color aesthetics.
Can be diluted at various rates to help adjust the level of visual coverage.
Mineral binders used in potassium silicate paints are transparent, allowing light to reach the pigment unimpeded. This results in an impressive, natural matte, and optical appearance.
Easy to apply (via roller or airless spray).
Fast drying between coats and high labor efficiency.
Fire classification: categorized under non-flammable/fire-retardant materials.
Available in a range of decorative color options.
High water vapor permeability.
"Breathing" structure prevents moisture accumulation under the coating.
